Ward 3 and 9 Cefn Coed Hospital,Swansea |

Wards 3 and 9 were fully refurbished and a new extension constructed to provide modern facilities for the psychiatric hospital. The work was undertaken for the West Glamorgan Health Authority at a cost of £300,000 and completed in 1988 .
