This large city centre housing scheme was built in 3 phases between 1993 and 2000 and provides a total of 66 flats and a doctors surgery. Three of the flats were specially adapted for partially sighted residents. The total cost of the project was £2,250,000. The project received Lord Mayor's Design Awards for best New Building and best Landscaping. |
